I've heard it all today. Ok, here is the story. A street vendor in Charlotte, NC tells a police officer that he has been robbed. This guy cannot produce identification or a peddlers license. So the police officer tells him that he might be illegal. Well, the officer gets reprimanded AND the PR guy (or whoever) APOLOGIZES to the latin community!!!!! I can't freakin stand it anymore. The police department's position is that they are afraid if the illegals stop talking to them for fear of being deported that crimes will not be turned in!!! Give me a break!! A crime is being purpetrated right there in front of you. THEY ARE IN THIS COUNTRY ILLEGALLY!!!!!! Don't even get me started on Sen. Lindsey Graham. I even voted for the guy and made him the first republican in the district three seat sinced reconstruction. He has sold us out. Telling us it is our fault and not a dereliction of duty on the part of our pandering, yellow-bellied government. SEND THEM ALL BACK TO MEXICO!!!!!

Justice Miers???

I pray not!!!! What are her qualifications???? Let's see. A)She's a woman B) She's a personal friend of the President C)See A and B. What a golden opportunity to swing this court to the right (constitutionally) and the President backs from a fight. Are the scandals are the war on terror getting to be too much? "Truse me" he says. Where have we heard that before????? Uh, Bush41. Remember "No New Taxes" and "David Souter is a conservative"??? Those are not verbatim but you get the point. Please, oh please wake me up from this mess!!!!!

Is it flip or flop?

What do you make of a public official that derides a bill as being bad for his district yet at the 11th hour with pressures and assurances from the White House changes his vote, even when the bill is not changed? Unprincipled you say???? You see, there are times when being an American trumps being an elected representative of the 8th district of NC. Don't congressman take an allegiance to support and defend the constitution of the United Stated of America? WE NEED PRINCIPLED LEADERS!!!!

The Big One

Coming to a downtown location near you---Nuclear Detonation!!!! I am afraid that as I write this the evidence is just too overwhelming that Al-Qaida has nuclear weapons or WMD in the United States. The Bush administration is unwilling to close our borders for whatever reason. And now there is evidence that the Latin gang MS13 has smuggled them in as well as the people to upkeep and operate them. God help us! We have politicians on both sides of the aisle too focused on themselves instead of what is best for the country. Where are the great statesmen??? The alarm has been sounded on Al-Qaida. Remember this if you remember nothing else, THE GOVERNMENT WON'T SAVE YOU!!!

Supreme Court Justice Souter's house to be sold for hotel?

Well, well, well. Prayerfully, this decision apparently could come back to bite him in the butt. Someone has petitioned the local goverment in NH to condemn Souter's home and sell it to make more money. Oh, if it could only happen!!! When property rights are absolved you lose all of your rights. And this asinine court ruling on eminent domain does just that. Unless state legislators protect us or federal legislators reprimand the judiciary (don't hold your breath on that one), there is not much we can do. Pray that someone with guts steps up to protect us with our God-given rights.

Supreme Court Rulings

Is it just me or is the Supreme Court in need of an enema? The ten commandments in a court is wrong but on the grounds is ok? I don' get it. I am sick and tired of European legal precedance being used to interpret our laws instead of the constitution. And I for one cannot wait for the fight ahead if and when President Bush appoints a new justice. It is time to appoint justices that are strict constiutionalists. Then and only then can we start to reverse the damage that has been through an activist bench.
